Every bucking unit leaves with the torque-turn record from its own load test, exported as PDF and Excel. Certificates, material records and qualification files are prepared before dispatch rather than assembled after you ask for them.

Machining, fabrication, hydraulic assembly, functional testing and finishing happen in the same plant. Nothing is quoted that the workshop has not confirmed it can build.

The plant builds three families of equipment. Make-up and break-out: 360° fully rotational bucking units and breakout units, frames 10″ to 32″. Downhole tools and components: mud motor components, non-magnetic hanging subs, PDC radial bearings, turbo drilling tool accessories and adjustable drilling tool accessories. Production machinery: complete mud motor test benches, dynamometer test benches, stator rubber-removal machines and equal-wall-thickness stator processing machines.

A fully enclosed mud motor testing bench built for China Oilfield Services Limited. Enclosed benches are specified where noise and fluid containment matter inside the test cell. In service since 2019.

A breakout unit installed aboard the ocean drilling vessel Meng Xiang. Marine installation brings motion, corrosion and footprint constraints that a workshop unit never has to deal with.

No bucking unit leaves the plant without a load test, and the torque-turn curve from that test ships with it. A machine that cannot produce a clean record of its own performance has no business certifying anyone else’s connection.
